Renting in Toronto?

Whether you're searching for a condo or house in Toronto, I can help you find the right place and guide you through every step of the process.

From narrowing down neighbourhoods to booking showings and reviewing lease terms, I’ll help you navigate the rental market with confidence.

I work with properties listed on the MLS. That means I don’t have access privately managed listings (FB Marketplace, Kijiji, etc.) that aren’t represented by agents.

What You’ll Need to Apply

To be prepared, have these documents ready:

Some landlords may also ask to see:

  • Balance of savings account

  • Guarantor

  • Past Landlord Reference Letter

Who I Work With

I’m best able to help tenants who:
• Have strong credit (Above 700 credit score)
• Can verify their income (Employment Letter, Notice of Assessment)
• Have solid references (Professional refrences)
• Are focused on renting in Toronto
• Have a rental budget above $2,000/month (depending on property type)

What It Costs

There’s no cost to you. For any MLS-listed rental, my fee is paid by the landlord. You’ll just sign a short agreement confirming I’m working in your best interest.

The Tenant Process — Step by Step

  • 1. Initial Consultation

  • 2. Rental Search

Based on your criteria, I’ll send you curated listings, explain the pros and cons, and help you understand local pricing and competition. When something catches your eye, we’ll book private showings right away.

  • 3. Preparing Your Application

’ll walk you through what’s needed, help you compile your documents, and make sure your application stands out — with clarity, professionalism, and the right supporting details.

  • 4. Viewings

We tour selected properties together or virtually — I’ll guide you on condition, value, and any red flags. I’m here to help you think long term, not just lease-to-lease.

  • 5. Submitting the Offer

I’ll draft and submit your lease offer with the right terms, deposit, and conditions. In competitive situations, I’ll help position your application to give you the edge.

  • 6. Negotiation & Approval

If the landlord counters or requests changes, I handle the back-and-forth to protect your interests. Once accepted, I guide you through next steps — including deposit payments and lease signing.

  • 7. Moving Day Prep

Need help with utilities, insurance, or a moving checklist? I’ve got you covered. You’ll receive reminders, resources, and guidance to make your move-in day seamless.
